Our Team all got behind ABERNecessities’ Christmas Eve Box Appeal, donating £2000 worth of gifts, 2 days of time to fill boxes and another 2 days to deliver them to schools across the region. If you look closely at the video below you may spy a couple of familiar faces!
A Massive 💜felt thank you! Aberdeen ….we asked, and once again you answered, by the thousands! We are so humbled by the support we have received for our campaign- 'No Child Should Go Without Believing in Magic'. 💫 To many of the families we work with – Christmas Day is sadly just another day to get through, but we all believe that every child should experience the magical feeling and hopeful anticipation of Christmas morning. Thanks to YOU Aberdeen, we have been able to gift Christmas magic to over 1,300 children across the North-East. These gifts will truly mean more than you will ever know. You have made so many Christmas wishes come true and gifted the wonder of magic. 💫 We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of warmth and kindness from this beautiful city, for which we are eternally grateful. To our incredible team of volunteers who show up with beaming smiles on their faces every single day, to our wonderful, jolly drivers who have travelled thousands of miles to deliver items to families across our city and shire, to our astonishingly generous Corporate Sponsors, to the many local businesses and schools who have collected, delivered and fundraised and to each and every member of this fair city – please know that together YOU have made such a big difference to so many local little ones and young adults.
